Job Overview
We are seeking a strategic and relationship-driven Digital Marketing Account Manager to serve as the primary bridge between our clients and our internal team of digital specialists. In this role, you will own the client relationship, translating their business goals into actionable, multi-channel marketing strategies.
You are not just a point of contact; you are a proactive consultant who understands the nuances of SEO, Paid Media, and analytics. If you excel at leading client presentations, managing project timelines, and driving measurable ROI for high-level accounts, we want you leading our front lines.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Relationship Management: Serve as the lead point of contact for a portfolio of agency clients, building strong, long-lasting, and trusting relationships.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with our internal specialists (SEO, Paid Media, Creative) to develop, present, and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with client KPIs.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Oversee campaign execution by managing timelines, coordinating deliverables, and ensuring all output meets Onimod Global’s standard of excellence.
- Performance Reporting: Lead weekly or monthly client meetings to review campaign performance, utilizing tools like Google Analytics and Looker Studio to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.
- Account Growth & Retention: Proactively identify opportunities to expand clients' digital footprints, recommending new channels, budget optimizations, or creative services to drive further growth.
Key Requirements
- Experience: 3-5+ years of experience in an account management or client-facing strategy role within a digital marketing agency.
- Industry Knowledge: Deep, working knowledge of core digital marketing channels, including Paid Search (SEM), Paid Social, SEO, and Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO).
- Communication: Exceptional presentation and verbal communication skills; comfortable speaking directly to C-level executives and marketing directors.
- Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze data, spot trends, and build a narrative around performance metrics using GA4 and standard ad platform reporting.
- Project Management: Highly organized with experience using agency project management tools to keep campaigns on track.
