Job Overview
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our growing team. In this role, you will support the execution, optimization, and reporting of multi-channel digital marketing campaigns. You will work closely with our strategists, creative team, and media buyers to ensure that campaigns are launched on time and perform at their highest potential.

Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Support: Assist in the setup, deployment, and daily monitoring of Paid Search, Paid Social, and Organic SEO campaigns.
- Content & Creative Coordination: Collaborate with the creative and content teams to ensure all ad copy, graphics, and landing pages align with client strategies and brand guidelines.
- Reporting & Analytics: Help pull data and generate weekly/monthly performance reports using tools like Google Analytics, Looker Studio, and native advertising platforms.
- Account Management: Assist Account Managers with client communication, meeting preparation, agenda setting, and taking actionable notes.
- Market Research: Conduct competitor analysis, keyword research, and industry trend monitoring to identify new growth opportunities for our clients.
Key Requirements
- Experience: 2+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, preferably within an agency environment.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Platform Knowledge: Familiarity with major digital platforms, including Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), Google Analytics, and WordPress.
- Attention to Detail: Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable collaborating with internal teams and assisting with client communications.
- Certifications: Current certifications in Google Analytics, Google Ads, or Meta Blueprint are a strong plus.
